We make every reasonable effort to describe and display our products accurately.
Please be aware that colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device or display settings.

Prices and Payment
All product prices are displayed on the website.
Any applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout before you place your order.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Your order will not be considered complete until the checkout process has been successfully completed.

Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where we are unable to fulfil it, a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred, or there is another reasonable reason why the order cannot be completed.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

Delivery
Orders placed directly through this website are fulfilled by Bookvault and dispatched from the United Kingdom.
We deliver within the UK and internationally where delivery is available.
Delivery charges and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and delivery service selected. The applicable delivery charge will be shown during checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please make sure that the delivery information you provide when placing your order is complete and accurate.

Cancellations and Returns
For orders placed directly through this website, customers have cancellation and return rights in accordance with applicable consumer law.
If you wish to cancel your order after receiving it, please contact theleopardandthelemon@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling.
Please contact us before returning a book so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the book within 14 days.
Unless the book is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
You must take reasonable care of the book while it is in your possession. We may reduce the amount refunded where the book has been handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it.
Where applicable, refunds will include the cost of the standard delivery option originally offered. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, we are not required to refund the additional cost above the standard delivery charge.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
UK government guidance confirms that online customers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to tell the seller they wish to cancel, followed by another 14 days to return them.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your book arrives damaged or faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact:
theleopardandthelemon@gmail.com
Please include your order details and, where possible, photographs showing the problem.
We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
