Delivery
Orders placed through this website are fulfilled by Bookvault and dispatched from the United Kingdom.
We deliver within the UK and internationally. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the destination and delivery service selected.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. International orders may take longer and may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
We hope you love your copy of The Leopard and the Lemon Meringue Pie.
If you change your mind about an order placed through this website, please contact theleopardandthelemon@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please contact us before returning anything so that we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must return the book within 14 days.
Unless your book is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
Please take reasonable care of the book while it is in your possession. We may reduce the amount refunded if the book has been handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it.
Once your return has been received, we will process any refund due within 14 days. Where required by law, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Books
If your book arrives damaged or faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact theleopardandthelemon@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order details and, where possible, photographs showing the problem. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
